Founded by Mark Hausherr in 2011, Hausherr Advisory Services LLC is as a small business consulting resource for government agencies and prime contractors in need of privatization and public-public partnership expertise.

In particular, Mr. Hausherr is the definitive subject matter expert for the privatization of military lodging.  He has served as advisor to the U.S. Army’s Privatization of Army Lodging (PAL) program since the program’s inception in 2003.  The PAL program, authorized under the Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI), is the first lodging privatization program of its kind.  Over the next eight years, more than a billion dollars in privately funded construction and renovation will occur across 41 installations for an end-state of nearly 14,000 on-post hotel rooms.
